Privacy Policy
Qalizer is an automated quality-assurance platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information the platform processes, why, and what your rights are.
1. Who Operates Qalizer
The Qalizer service is operated by Qalizer.

We collect the information you provide directly and data generated while you use the service:
- Account information: account name, email address, and a password hash (never stored in plain text).
- Account type: whether you use a private or business account, and your company name if you provide one.
- Monitor configuration: monitor URLs, names, and settings for crawling, testing, liveness checks, visual regression, load testing, API testing, and data injection.
- Scenarios and requirements: recorded browser scenarios, generated test scenarios, uploaded requirements, and related configuration.
- Test results and artifacts: generated reports, screenshots, videos where applicable, console/network captures, and step-level test results.
- Scheduled testing configuration: schedules, repeat settings, and AI-verification options.
- Activity logs: records of monitor activity, including actions performed and results.
- Credit transactions: credit purchases, usage, and balances associated with your account.
- Billing/payment metadata: payment processing is handled by Stripe; we store only transaction metadata such as amounts, dates, and payment status.
- Contact requests: name, email, subject, message, and any request-specific details you provide through our contact form.
We do not collect or process cookies for non-essential tracking or analytics.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Account operation: to authenticate you, manage your account, and provide the service.
- Crawling and testing: to crawl, test, and analyze the websites you configure.
- Report generation: to generate test reports and AI-assisted analysis.
- Scheduled execution: to run scheduled tests, including AI verification when enabled.
- Email delivery: to send transactional emails (verification, results, notifications, contact confirmations).
- Billing and credit accounting: to process credit top-ups and record usage.
- Security and abuse prevention: to detect and prevent unauthorized access, abuse, and fraud.
- Support: to respond to your contact requests and help with issues.
- Service improvement: we do not use your test data to train AI systems unless you explicitly opt in.
4. AI Processing
Qalizer uses AI providers for certain features, including AI-assisted test generation, AI verification of reports, and AI-assisted crawling. When you use these features:
- Selected content from your monitors, scenarios, requirements, or reports may be sent to configured AI providers.
- The data sent depends on the feature β for example, AI test generation may send page content and selectors, while report verification may send report summaries and screenshots.
- We do not send credentials, API keys, or authentication tokens to AI providers.
AI providers are selected from those configured for the deployment. AI-generated analysis is advisory and may be inaccurate; runner results remain authoritative.
5. Third-Party Processors
- Stripe β payment processing for credit purchases (when enabled).
- SMTP/email provider β for sending transactional and contact emails.
- Hosting/cloud provider β for application and database hosting.
- AI providers β for AI-assisted features (see Section 4).
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared with processors only to provide the service.
6. Data Retention
- Activity logs: retained for 60 days by default.
- Screenshots and videos: retained per the configured retention period (20 days by default).
- Reports: retained while your account is active, subject to your settings.
- Contact requests: retained per the configured retention period.
- Credit and billing records: retained per legal and accounting requirements.
- Account deletion: we delete or anonymize account-associated data per applicable law. Some data may be retained for legal or security reasons.
We do not guarantee automatic deletion of all uploaded content at deletion time unless required by law or explicitly stated.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, export, and restriction/objection of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us through our contact page.
8. Account Deletion and Data Requests
You can delete your account from your profile settings. We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.
9. Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including TLS in transit and password hashing. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and the systems you test.
10. International Transfers
Data may be processed in data centers in different countries. By using the service, you consent to such transfers where applicable.
11. Children and Minors
Qalizer is not directed at children. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the service. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.
